Project 3418 is a faith-led charity rooted in compassion and community.
We were founded by a group of Christians from Burton-on-Trent and Nottingham who share a heart to serve and reach those in need — practically, relationally, and spiritually.
Our trustees bring experience in pastoral ministry, outreach, risk management, healthcare, and operations. Together with a growing team of volunteers, we are committed to walking alongside people in crisis with dignity, prayer, and hope.
We believe the love of Jesus should be visible and active — in the streets, in conversation, and in every hot drink handed out in His name.

Luke
Coltman
With a background in the trades, marketing, and church-led community action, Luke brings logistical know-how and energy to our weekly work. He helps plan routes, manage the mobile trailer, and keep things moving on the ground.

Hannah Coltman
As a dedicated teacher, she brings the same warmth, patience, and people skills to her outreach work with the homeless. Her kindness and approachability create a safe space for meaningful connection and support, alongside setting up our food collections and making sure all other licences are in order.

Coltman
Working full-time for his local church in Winshill, Burton-on-Trent, Tim has decades of experience in local ministry, one-to-one pastoral care, and outreach. His heart for prayer, compassion and evangelism shapes much of our frontline work.

Sharon Coltman
A full-time worker at her local church in Burton-on-Trent, Sharon has a passion for building up other Christians and local churches. Sharon brings a range of practical expertise to the work of Project 3418 including catering and volunteer support.

Vicky Bennett
A career in the private sector and as an NHS manager, aids Vicky’s responsibilities for oversight across policies, and the charity finances. Her experience in frontline care and systems helps ensure the charity runs safely and effectively.

Bennett
Mark works in the insurance sector, and has a strong grasp of governance, leadership, and financial oversight. He supports our long-term planning and ensures Project 3418 operates with wisdom and integrity.
